If driving 805 North:

• Merge onto I-805 N via EXIT 3.
• Take the exit toward SORRENTO VALLEY RD.
• Turn RIGHT onto VISTA SORRENTO PKWY.
• Turn RIGHT onto SORRENTO VALLEY RD.
• End at 11494 Sorrento Valley Rd San Diego, CA 92121-1318, US

If driving 5 North:

• Take Interstate 5 North until you pass La Jolla Village Drive and then Genesee.
• Exit toward SORRENTO VALLEY RD
• Turn left at the end of the offramp/exit
• Take the next right and cross the railroad tracks
• Take the next, immediate left (this will place you on Sorrento Valley Road going west - you will pass the Union Bank of California on the right)
• Inovio is about 1½ miles ahead on the left. The entrance to Inovio is in the front of the building with parking on both sides of the building.

If driving 5 South:

• Take I-5 south until you pass Del Mar.
• Take the CARMEL VALLEY RD exit toward JUNCTION CA-56 EAST.
• Turn LEFT onto CARMEL VALLEY RD.
• Turn RIGHT onto EL CAMINO REAL.
• Turn RIGHT onto CARMEL MOUNTAIN RD.
• Turn LEFT onto SORRENTO VALLEY RD
