Biography

Bob Rieder
CEO and Chairman, Cardiome Pharma Corp.

BOB RIEDER is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Cardiome Pharma Corp. He joined Cardiome in April 1998 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rieder has extensive experience in venture capital and operational management. Prior to joining Cardiome he was Vice-President at MDS Ventures Pacific Inc., the Vancouver-based affiliate of MDS Capital Corp. He has served as a director for nine public and private technology companies and was Chief Operating Officer of DBA Telecom Inc. and CEO for Synapse Technologies Inc. Mr. Rieder received his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
